Second time here great service, very clean with great prices. Breakfast was OK, there's a pool and hot tub which was also clean. We really enjoyed our stay

It is clean. It is not far from local attractions. It is fair priced and I got a great deal from hotels. Com. The pool is medium sized. It has a hot tub. It also had a game room. My key cards kept deciding to not work. I thought it was because I kept it by my phone the first day but the second day I didn't and it still malfunctioned. They were super nice about an extra pillow and extra towels. Covid19 had changed a lot of things but customer service here is still five star.

Very clean rooms, the place did not smell bad at all as some motels do. The pool and hot tub area was very clean. Staff was very friendly, stay there three nights and seems like the maid service might have slacked just a little bit on the second day. Beds were very comfortable, breakfast is what you would expect at that price for the room. No coffee maker in the room would be the downfall! However they do offer coffee 24 hours a day at the lobby

This hotel has a lot of character! Our room, and several others, once had walk out balconies that overlooked the back patio sort of area that gives you kind of a haunting glimpse into the past of what was once one of the city's finer establishments. Can't find any history of the place but there looks to have once been a tennis court and outdoor restaurant seating with a game room and tanning booths! The pool and hot tub were very warm, welcoming and comfortable. Much the same could be said of the staff. Cute, cozy, and wonderful prices to top it off!

The jacuzzi had water in it when I came in so I was a bit sketched out if it was cleaned properly. Bugs seem to get in and die because I found a few dead bugs by the balcony. The bathroom sink was not draining so I had to be quick to give it time to go down. The room was nice though! I'd still come back. Breakfast and pool included. Plenty of parking. $100 deposit 🤪 but you can see the water across the street. Downtown Manistee is just a handful of minutes away as well as the beach. Very peaceful area to get away and relax.

I was very skeptical about booking this place because it was not a branded hotel/motel. Boy was I surprised. Very friendly staff, clean rooms, clean property overall. I love the laminate hard wood floors in the rooms. And as a plus we got a king size room with a jetted tub. It was heart shaped and can fit 2 bigger people comfortably. This was no mistake. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

Editing my review, we came back 4 weeks later and wow! Extremely happy with the cleanliness! Also, this time, we got a room with a jetted tub. Everything was super clean and in good working order. I would not be surprised if prices went up to stay here, I honestly would pay more and still come back. Worth a lot more than the rates theyre going for. Original review 4 weeks ago: Pleasantly surprised! Super cheap rooms are usually scary, but this was not. The pool and hot tub were clean and in good working order. Clean pool towels were well stocked and easily accessible. Had a great time relaxing and meeting other guests. Vending machines were in good working order and had some nice options. Breakfast was good, hot and well stocked. Staff was friendly. Our beds were very comfortable, bedding was clean. Bathroom was clean but bring your own toiletries, there wasn't any shampoo, conditioner, lotions (probably to keep prices low). There were clean towels and wash cloths. Our room had a clean and working small refrigerator and microwave, but no coffee pot (you should never use one in the room anyway). Heating unit in our room was like new, workedgreat and super quiet, but we did use the fan option which was a bonus. At checkout we were sincerely asked about our stay, which means a lot! This place is under a lot of renovation but they make it so it doesn't effect guests stay. My only concern was the floor in our room. Where the vacuum doesn't get along the walls needs attention, dirty. They listened and will address it (maybe because of the construction?) Overall, for the price I'm happy and will definitely stay again! Oh. Did I mention the beautiful view across the street?!! Absolutely beautiful.

We would like to lay to rest any negative reviews relating to the motels amenities. My husband and I had a two night stay this Sept. 2023. We are pleased to inform anyone questioning the quality of this motel to be assured: the staff were pleasant and accommodating, and the amenities are as stated on the website. The linens were fresh, the mattress was comfortable, and the room clean. For anyone wanting a place to get a good nights sleep at affordable rates. This is the place

Can't beat it for the price. The building itself is a little dated but it's kept in good repair and it was very clean, including the common areas and the pool. The hot tub is a good size and was clean without being overwhelming with chemicals. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Beds were comfortable and clean. The view out of the front facing rooms is of the river and very nice. The continental breakfast wasn't the best I've seen but there were several options daily and the dining area was kept clean, tables were wiped down often as well as the counters. We enjoyed our experience and would stay there again if we are ever in the area

Very pleased with my stay here. Very clean and friendly staff. Came here to play at the casino and didn't want to pay casino prices for a nights stay. This hotel was so much more affordable. Not only that they have a continental breakfast. Eggs, sausage, blue berry waffles that my daughter never used before. That's another story. I will stay there again the next time I go to little river casino.
